Master of Pastoral Ministry (M.P.M.)

The Master of Pastoral Ministry (M.P.M.) is a graduate program designed to equip individuals with advanced knowledge, skills, and practical experience for effective leadership and ministry within the context of the Church. This degree is intended for those who desire to deepen their understanding of pastoral ministry, enhance their pastoral skills, and develop a solid theological foundation for serving the needs of the people of God.

Program Objectives:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of biblical, theological, and historical foundations of pastoral ministry, providing students with a solid theological framework for their ministry practice.
  • Cultivate practical ministry skills, including preaching, teaching, counseling, pastoral care, worship leadership, and organizational management, enabling students to serve the diverse needs of congregations and communities.
  • Enhance leadership abilities, fostering skills in vision casting, team building, conflict resolution, and strategic planning to effectively lead and shepherd a congregation or ministry organization.
  • Promote spiritual formation and personal growth, nurturing students’ spiritual life, deepening their relationship with God, and fostering a character marked by integrity, humility, compassion, and servant leadership.
  • Provide opportunities for supervised ministry experiences, internships, and mentorship, allowing students to integrate academic knowledge with practical ministry, receive feedback, and develop a holistic approach to pastoral leadership.
