Master of Church Growth

The Master of Church Growth (M.C.G.) is a graduate program designed to equip individuals with advanced knowledge, skills, and strategies for fostering growth and vitality in Christian churches and ministries. This degree is intended for those who have a passion for leading and nurturing the growth of the Church and desire to develop expertise in areas such as evangelism, discipleship, leadership, and strategic planning.

Program Objectives:

  • Develop a biblical foundation: The M.C.G. program aims to provide students with a solid understanding of biblical principles related to church growth, discipleship, evangelism, and leadership, enabling them to apply these principles in practical ministry contexts.
  • Cultivate strategic thinking: Students will acquire skills in strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership, equipping them to lead and implement growth strategies within churches and ministries.
  • Foster effective evangelism and discipleship: The program emphasizes the development of effective evangelism and discipleship strategies, equipping students to engage in outreach, lead evangelistic initiatives, and nurture the spiritual growth of individuals within the Church.
