Master of T.V. & Radio Evangelism

"ICCS is fully accredited by the International Theological Accountability Association (ITAA), ensuring accountability and academic excellence for faith-based correspondence education."

A Fully Hands-On Graduate Program in Real Broadcast Ministry
Tuition: $10,500
Enrollment Limited to 10 Students Per Year

The Master of Christian Radio and Television Evangelism is a hands-on, production-based graduate program designed for individuals who are serious about launching a real Christian broadcast ministry through paid radio and television.

This is not a theory program.
This is not a communications or media studies degree.

Students in this program do not study what could be done — they personally execute the work themselves. By graduation, each student must complete and submit broadcast-ready programs that demonstrate real ministry preparation, production, and accountability.

Enrollment is selective and limited to 10 students per year due to the intensive mentoring, review, and oversight required.

A Word About Credentials, Credibility, and a Dual Degree Option

In broadcast evangelism, credibility matters.

While the authority of Scripture does not come from academic titles, television and radio audiences often perceive ministers through visible credentials. For this reason, many Christian broadcasters desire to have “Doctor” before their name when preaching publicly, as it signals preparation, discipline, and accountability in the eyes of the audience.

Because of this reality, qualified candidates in the Master’s program may be considered for a dual-degree pathway, allowing them to complete:

• The Master of Christian Radio & Television Evangelism, and
• The Doctor of Christian Radio & Television Evangelism, in sequence.

This option is not automatic, not open enrollment, and not offered at the same price as a single degree.

For candidates who qualify and are approved, the college will extend a discounted combined tuition rate of $19,800 when both degrees are pursued together rather than separately.

The Doctoral degree is the only program through which the academic title “Doctor” is earned. The college does not promote titles, but we do recognize that public credibility and preparation matter in broadcast ministry.

All dual-degree candidates must meet the full academic, production, and financial requirements of both degrees and must be formally accepted.

What Makes This Program Different

This program is built on a clear and honest reality:

Radio and television evangelism is expensive.
Airtime is expensive.
Filming is expensive.
Editing is expensive.

Every broadcast program must pay for itself, or it will not remain on the air.

This program does not teach abstract methods or hypothetical strategies. It walks students step by step through what must actually be done to prepare a program that can survive in real broadcast environments.

The college does not:

  • Provide airtime

  • Pay for radio or television placement

  • Pay for filming or editing

  • Fund equipment, travel, or production

  • Assume responsibility for student content or expenses

The college provides instruction, guidance, mentorship, structure, and academic oversight only.

One fully produced and edited 30-minute Christian television program

These must be:

• Complete programs

• Broadcast-ready and suitable for paid airtime

The college evaluates academic preparation and execution only. Broadcast placement, audience response, and financial outcomes remain the responsibility of the student.

Selective Admission and Request for Consideration

This program — including the dual-degree option — is not something one simply signs up for.

To request consideration, applicants must email the college explaining:

• Why they believe they are called to broadcast evangelism
• Their understanding that radio and television ministry is expensive
• Whether they are seeking the Master’s degree alone or wish to be considered for the dual-degree pathway

Applicants must include their full name, phone number, and email address.

If a request is considered, the applicant will receive a response. Not all requests receive a reply.

Our courses are 100% correspondence and can be offered to inmates as part of our College Prison Programs for the Incarcerated.
