I felt the call of the Lord to serve Him in ministry many years ago and I ignored it because I wanted to love as I was living — openly sinful. However, God is persistent yet patient and when I could refuse no longer, I submitted to His plan for my life. But I didn’t feel confident because I lacked the education. When ICCS was mentioned to me by another student, I went to the Lord in prayer and said, “If this is Your will, then I need money to pay for it.” About 2 weeks later, I received a stimulus check that I was not expecting and did my part because God did His.

Enrolling in ICCS was the best decision that I have ever made because it gave me the education and backing through possible feedback, and the confidence to counsel other Christians, teach God’s word in a weekly Bible study, and start my own ministry — The Way of the Olive Tree Ministries. I could not have done it without ICCS!

Before earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Counseling, I knew enough about God to believe He existed but that was the extent of it. ICCS awakened me — an overwhelming desire to learn more about Christ, about the Bible, and how I could live a faith-filled, Christ-centered life. I have learned this and more than I would have imagined.

I owe my life to this seminary and I am incredibly grateful for the high-quality education I received. This is a college that allowed me to freely express myself and to feel seen. I am eternally grateful.
