The Doctor of Contemporary Christian Music (D.C.C.C.M.) is an advanced academic degree designed for individuals who desire to excel in the field of contemporary Christian music ministry. Program Objectives:

  • Advanced Musical Proficiency: The D.C.C.C.M. program aims to provide students with advanced musical proficiency in contemporary Christian music. Students will engage in intensive studies of music theory, composition, vocal performance, instrumental skills, and arranging, enabling them to excel as musicians and artists in the contemporary Christian music genre.
  • Theology and Worship: The program focuses on deepening students’ understanding of theology and worship within the context of contemporary Christian music. Students will explore the biblical foundations of worship, theological implications of music and lyrics, and the integration of faith and artistry in worship ministry.
  • Songwriting and Composition: Students will develop advanced skills in songwriting and composition within the contemporary Christian music genre. They will learn to create impactful and worshipful songs that reflect biblical truth, convey the message of faith, and engage listeners in a meaningful way.
