The Doctor of Church Growth (D.C.G.) is an advanced academic degree designed for individuals passionate about facilitating the growth and development of Christian churches. This program equips students with advanced knowledge and skills in church growth strategies, leadership principles, discipleship practices, and effective ministry approaches to foster the expansion and impact of the Church.

Program Objectives:

  • Advanced Theological Understanding: The D.C.G. program aims to provide students with advanced theological knowledge and understanding of the Christian faith. Students will engage in in-depth studies of biblical theology, missiology, ecclesiology, and practical theology, enabling them to integrate their faith into the field of church growth.
  • Church Growth Strategies: The program focuses on developing advanced knowledge and skills in church growth strategies and principles. Students will explore various approaches to church growth, including evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, outreach, and community engagement.
  • Leadership in Church Growth: The program emphasizes the development of advanced leadership skills specific to church growth. Students will study leadership theories, organizational dynamics, strategic planning, and change management within the context of church growth. They will be equipped to provide visionary and effective leadership in promoting church growth and expansion.
