Admission

The ICCS admissions process operates continuously throughout the year, offering you the flexibility to apply at your convenience. Upon completing the application, you can commence your studies promptly, even before formal admission into a degree program.

How to Apply

The initial step towards admission to ICCS involves filling out the application form.

  • The admissions process is finalized upon submission of credentials and a favorable evaluation by the Registrar.
  • Following the completion of credential evaluation, you will be placed into a degree program.

Official Transcripts
An official transcript is one that is sent directly to ICCS by the institution awarding credit, a diploma, or a degree. Documents submitted by students themselves are considered unofficial. While unofficial documents may be accepted for inquiries, official documents should be provided subsequently.

Exceptions for credential evaluations may be granted for certified, authenticated, or notarized documents from specific countries or for students facing special circumstances. Many transcripts in languages other than English are evaluated by qualified ICCS staff members.

When you are prepared for official admission to a degree program at ICCS, kindly arrange for official entry credentials to be sent to:

Transfer Student Admissions
If you’ve completed accredited courses at another institution, please contact them to request your official transcript be sent directly to ICCS. We accept both electronic and paper transcripts from the institution. Transfer credit evaluations are conducted concurrently with your official admission process. However, you’re welcome to submit new documents for a fresh transfer credit evaluation at any time after admission. Should you have any queries about this procedure, feel free to email our Registrar at [email protected]

ICCS employs the Transfer Evaluation System (TES) to document course equivalency determinations. TES assists prospective transfer students in understanding how their transfer credits will be recognized at ICCS. It enables individuals to view a list of courses previously approved by ICCS and their equivalencies.

Please be aware that TES is not an exhaustive list of approved courses but serves as a starting point for researching courses, showcasing courses approved for ICCS students in the past. With each new official transcript received by ICCS, a fresh evaluation for transfer eligibility is conducted. If a new course is deemed equivalent to an ICCS course, we inform the student and update TES accordingly. Conversely, if a course is no longer considered equivalent, we notify the student and remove it from TES.

Non-Discrimination and Disability

ICCS adheres to all requirements set forth by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in our activities, programs, or employment policies, in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Additionally, we are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, as amended.

Please note that ICCS cannot guarantee the acceptance of its credits for transfer by other institutions. The final decision regarding the acceptance of ICCS credits rests solely with the receiving institution.
